Assistance & Service dogs provide a wide variety of service to their human companions.  Assistance & service dogs guide the blind, assist the hearing impaired, assist the physically disabled, and alert to impending medical conditions.

Unlike therapy dogs and pets, assistance and service dogs have public access rights to accompany their human companions in restaurants, stores, medical facilities, public transportation, and other places of business.
